End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: October 27, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Dortran for the software product Transient Pro and any associated audio plugin files (AU, VST3), documentation, or updates.

1. Grant of License

Dortran grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual license to install and execute the software on computers under your direct ownership or control, solely for audio processing and music production.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the plugin binaries.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software.
• Rent, lease, sub-license, resell, or distribute the software or license keys to third parties.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The software, DSP algorithms, visual interfaces, and associated documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dortran and Christopher Dorman. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Dortran does not warrant that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free in all host digital audio workstations (DAWs).

5. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
